With over 15 years of experience teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Barre, I take a thoughtful, intentional approach to movement that goes beyond just the workout. As a former studio owner, I’ve had the privilege of supporting students at every stage of their journey—helping them build strength, improve alignment, and truly understand their bodies. My goal is to create a space where movement feels supportive, empowering, and something you can carry with you both in and out of class.
Movement has always been a part of my life, but it became something much deeper during one of the most challenging seasons I’ve experienced.
While navigating infertility, I found myself leaning on yoga in a completely different way—not just as a practice, but as a place to process, reconnect, and find steadiness when things felt uncertain. It taught me how to slow down, listen to my body, and stay grounded through the unknown.
That experience changed how I approach movement and how I teach. Today, my work is rooted in helping students feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to their bodies—whether they’re moving through a season of challenge or simply wanting to feel better in their everyday lives.

I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and it has truly become the heartbeat of my life. What began as a way to move my body quickly grew into a lifelong passion for mind-body connection, healing, and inner strength. Today, I’m honored to share that love by supporting women through the sacred journey of pregnancy and motherhood.
I’ve been teaching at The Bar Method for over 8 years and have led more than 2,000 classes. What keeps me coming back is the powerful blend of strength, grace, and community that bar method creates. It’s more than a workout—it’s a space where women feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies in a whole new way.
I’m a true Virgo through and through—organized, intentional, and deeply grounded in routine. I love systems that bring clarity and calm, whether it’s planning a class or creating a cozy home space. If there’s a checklist involved, you can bet I’m already halfway through it—with a cup of tea in hand.
When I’m not teaching or on my mat, you’ll probably find me deep into a true crime podcast. There’s just something about a good mystery that hooks me—especially when paired with a warm blanket and a quiet night in. It’s my favorite way to unwind and feed my curious (very Virgo) brain.
