I’ve been teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Barre for over 15 years, and I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of students—helping them feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

As a former studio owner, I’ve built my approach around something simple but powerful: when you truly understand your body, everything changes.
